BOOKING YOUR LIVE READING
After you purchase your reading, I will email you with a link to my personal Zoom meeting room. Please allow up to 48 hours for this as I am a one-woman show!
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS
Life happens. If you wish to reschedule a session for another date, please let me know at least within 24 hours of your booked time slot to reschedule. I'lll do my very best to be flexible and work something out for you!
Failure to give at least 24 hour notice will be considered a cancellation and will result in a loss of your time slot and no refunds will be issued.
No-shows will also be considered a cancellation and will result in a loss of your time slot and no refunds will be issued.
If I ever need to cancel your session for personal reasons, I will contact you within 24 hrs to reschedule your session.

REFUNDS FOR READINGS/SERVICES
Due to the nature of my services refunds cannot be issued. This is an energetic exchange so please be mindful of this when booking. It is best to come open-minded and hearted to your session as they can in no way be prepared for in advance. The magic happens in the mystery! Be open to receiving whatever guidance comes through :)
PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
I will not do readings for persons who have not consented to have a reading done in the first place or for any persons below the age of 18.
I reserve the right to refuse any readings/services to anyone who fails to respect my personal boundaries. Thank you for understanding!

REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS
Due to the high cost of shipping/production I do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the product when it arrives please contact me as soon as possible so i can make it right!

Cosmic Kat is a small biz which means I do everything myself! Because of this shipping times can vary from 5 to 10 business days. I appreciate your patience!
